My doula services include but are not limited to:

• 2-3 prenatal visits in your home or video call

• Phone and e–mail support from the time you hire me, and access to my resources 

• 24 hours on call availability from 2 weeks before through 2 weeks after your EDD 

• Co-create your written Birth Preferences and help with conversations with care providers to support your choices.   

• Discuss your choice for comfort measures and/or medication support 

• Continuous support during the labor and birth—including massage, acupressure, breath & body awareness, visualization 

• The hour immediately post birth, including help with breastfeeding if desired 

1–2 postpartum visit(s) in your home, within 2 weeks after your birth

Easing the postpartum experience of parents during this tender time by answering questions and providing much needed assurance in a gentle, non–judgmental way. Postpartum care begins after the birth of your baby for a minimum of four hours per day for as many days or weeks your family may need. It is entirely based on the personal needs of your family. As a mother of three grown children I consider it a deep privilege to be able to support parents in their journey into family life.

During postpartum care you may choose to rest, sleep, shower, eat a healthy meal or discuss how the journey is going so far.  I will be a resource for you or simply that extra set of hands that new moms find they need.  

• Daytime $70/hour 

• Nighttime $75/hour
